Mhairi and Simon are fantastic, very welcoming hosts with an amazing finca in Parque National Sierra de las Nieves, close to Yunquera. From this spotlessly clean finca with breathtaking views, only surrounded by trees, birds and tranquility, it's literally 5 metres to the Parque National and only a short drive to the starting point of one of the best hikes, if not thé best hike in Andalucia (the one to La Torrecilla). Everything you wish for (and more) is in the finca. Three nights weren't enough: we could easily spend three weeks here!

Perfecto

Para nosotros ha sido la mejor casa rural que hemos visitado. La casa está súper bien equipada, no hemos echado en falta ningún detalle. Decorada con gusto. Te hace sentir que es un hogar. Cuenta con toda la información necesaria para realizar actividades durante la estancia por los alrededores. La tranquilidad es pasmosa. Ni un solo ruido. Todo es calma y aire puro. Para desconectar es la mejor opción. Esta bien aislada, tanto del ruido (que no había) como del frío. Tiene, aún así, calefacción. Cuenta también con un pequeño espacio con huerto en el exterior con unas vistas muy agradables, para desayunar, comer o tomar una copa de vino teniendo contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros resultó fácil encontrarla, aunque los dueños son muy atentos a la hora de informarte de cómo llegar. Y en relación con los dueños, sólo conocimos a Simon, y es un encanto de persona. Nos proporcionó pan recién horneado, que por cierto estaba riquísimo, y nos explicó con mucha paciencia todo lo que necesitábamos saber. Es súper amable. Naturaleza, paz y confor

Casa limpia, cómoda, con cocina perfectamente equipada (aceite, café, sal, infusiones, especias...), cama de dos metros de larga, estancias al aire libre, en medio de la naturaleza y con anfitriones excelentes que te dan pan, vino, mantequilla y huevos de bienvenida. MARAVILLOSA ESTANCIA. IDILICA PARA DESCONECTAR

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia formidable. La cama es super grande y muy cómoda. La cocina totalmente equipada. El lugar inmejorable. La dueña maravillosa, atenta, amable. Para los niños ideal. Si son pequeños tienen cama supletoria gigante, protectores de enchufe y de esquinas, trona, juegos de diversidad de edades, lápices para pintar, una bateria de películas en dvd, etc. Para mas detalles, en el aparcamiento (que esta justo en la puerta de la casa, tienen un sistema de corcho para que las puertas no rocen (detallistas al máximo). El recibimiento espectacular con huevos, pan de masa madre, vino blanco, cervezas, mantequilla... ideal. La calefacción funciona a la perfección. Desiree - España

Great accommodation & location

The location was breathtaking and the accommodation and facilities were to a very high standard. The property was traditionally Andalucían but with a modern and minimalist approach so still in keeping with the surrounding area. It has been built and created to a very high spec and we would definitely come back to stay here. The owners of the property were so welcoming and very helpful with providing information about the local area of Yunquera and the abundance of things to do in and around Yunquera, Malaga and Marbella and answered any questions we had. They had considered everything from cooking facilities and utensils to a pack of suggestions of things to do for all age ranges. It is clear that the property owners have considered all aspects right down to the small details in order to make their visitors’ stay as enjoyable as possible.

Entspannung pur inmitten der Natur!

Die Finca liegt idylisch direkt am Rande des Nationalparks und ist ideal, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen aber auch um die Sierra des las Nieves und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Gästehaus bietet so ziemlich alles, was man für ein paar entspannte Tage braucht und ist mit vielen schönen kleinen Details ausgestattet. Mhairi & Simon haben sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe bei der Umsetzung ihrer Pläne gegeben und ein bzw. ihr kleines eigenes Paradies am Rande des Nationalparks verwirklicht! Un lugar para relajarse...

Se nota que nuestros anfitriones han tratado de cuidar hasta el mas minimo detalle, incluso te reciben con pan casero recien horneado. Si buscas un lugar aislado donde relajarte, sin olvidar las comodidades, Finca Las Morenas es la eleccion perfecta por su entorno natural al pie de la Sierra de las Nieves.

Finca las Morenas is a special place right on the border of the natural reserve Sierras del las Nieves. Great for people who seek nature and peace but one can also get pretty fast to both Yunquera and El Burgo. Ronda is about 40 mins away. We were treated more like friends than as paying guests. Highly recommended.

Замечательный домик, построенный на месте бывшей фермы. Хозяева дома Майри и Саймон - очень радушные и гостеприимные. Приветственный набор превзошел все ожидания: вино, яйца, молоко, пиво, масло, а также хлеб, который испек Саймон лично. Хозяева очень заботятся об удобстве гостей. В доме есть все необходимое, как будто вы приехали к себе домой. Майри и Саймон беспокоятся о проблемах экологии. В строительстве и отделке дома использованы только экологические материалы. Нам очень понравились двери и окна из натурального дерева, которые выполнены в традиционном деревенском стиле. Оформление дома выглядит очень эстетично, хорошо продумана планировка. Место очень душевное, как и сами хозяева. Это не просто дом, в котором нам было удобно провести несколько дней. Это что-то большее, что мы будем вспоминать с особой теплотой. А еще Лана! Stunning house in a spectacular situation

Where do I start? I found the fridge and larder full of goods, fresh beer and wine included and milk! the British couple who run the place are adorable and very attentive to the guests needs. The accommodation was absolutely stunning, better furnished than my own home with everything you could possibly needs including a space age shower. The surrounding area is spectacular , the sky at night was truly marvellous and by being so secluded and rural the noise is zero. It’s what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations. Flavio- UK

 Almost Perfect

One of the best accommodation( and hosts) that we ever stayed during our trips. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Due to some technical issue, the water heater was not working on our second day. The hosts allowed us to use the facilities in their own apartment during this time. Also called the emergency repair person and fixed the heater the next day itself. They even compensated for our inconvenience by some gifts while we checked out :) Located at a quiet, beautiful countryside with superb views from the veranda. House was spacious, clean with all necessary facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. The road leading to the home, though unpaved is perfectly OK to navigate. Home bread(very tasty), milk, eggs, butter etc provided for breakfast. Our 6 year old son liked the stay so much that he was waiting to get back to apartment when we went for sightseeing. The reason was the two big boxes of toys given to him for playing by the host. This really helped in keeping the kids engaged during our 4 day stay. They also were kind enough to prepare a bunk bed for our son which he liked very much. Highly Recommended! Suneer - Dubai

Wenn man eine Auszeit in der Natur sucht, mit keinen Geräuschen, perfekter Luft und Idylle, direkt an dem Naturpark "Sierra de las Nieves" dann ist die Unterkunft genau die Richtige! Die Sierra de las Nieves ist ein Naturpark, der zum Nationalpark avanciert und eine enormes Facettenreichtum der Natur bietet. Wir haben eine der schönsten Wanderungen dort erlebt und es ist immer etwas abenteuerlich, da so unberührt und einsam. Man hat ein ganzes Haus zur Verfügung mit 2 Bädern, 1 Schlafzimmer (unglaublich bequemes Bett), einem Wohnzimmer, separater Küche und einem großen privaten Außenbereich mit Tischtennisplatte. Das Haus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, um ein aufwendiges Essen zu kochen. Im Garten gibt es traumhaft frische Kräuter, die man sich sammeln kann und das Essen viel besser schmecken lassen! Von den Gastgebern erhält man ein saisonales Willkommenspaket, bei uns war es Wein, Bier, Eier, Butter und sensationelles, selbstgebackenes Brot. Außerdem haben die Gastgeber eine Reihe an tollen Büchern, Romane sowie hochwertige Sightseeing- und Wanderbücher zur Verfügung gestellt und helfen gerne mit eine Reihe an Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Mhairi und Simon sind die perfekten Gastgeber und die besten, die wir je kennengelernt haben. Une prestation haut de gamme à petit prix. Nous avons réservé 6 mois à l'avance notre séjour de 4 nuits, et ne regrettons pas notre choix. Mhairi nous avait cuit un pain maison et offert le nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner, des bières fraîches nous attendaient dans le frigo, ce n'est pas un dû, et cela reste exceptionnel... Les propriétaires ont mis du cœur dans la rénovation de la maison et tout est conçu pour s'y sentir chez soi. Un confort extrême, et le tout est situé au cœur du parc naturel. La piscine privée est un vrai plus. L'eau est le thème central du logement voulu par les propriétaires: douche hi-tech, récupération de l'eau pour l'arrosage des plantes... Chaque goutte d'eau est précieuse. Un pli à prendre pour des citadins, mais une sensibilisation nécessaire pour tous. Pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme c'est le paradis. La situation est idéale pour visiter la région (Ronda, Caminito del Rey, Setenile...). En résumé, merci à Mhairi et Simon pour ce séjour de rêve. Carole - France
